Your going to need to be a bit more specific than that.
Do you want to use sockets (httpwebrequests) or would a webbrowsercontrol work?
Do you need multithreading?
Do you want to sign up to specific sites, or platforms?
Im sure there are many tuts i could point you to if i new your requirements.
Also, what is your current ability in vb.net 2010? I mean can you get a winform with a button to open a messagebox? if not, you are trying to run before you can walk.
