Router with SIM card instead of mobile proxies?

Most proxy suppliers out there are garbage and get detected by high security sites... I dont want to setup my own because then I need a proxy software and most of them are also crap.

So my idea was to use 4G SIM cards in a router and connect it directly over wifi on the mac/PC where I do multi accounting.

Does anyone know of a router that allows me to rotate the IP? Basically like when you toggle airplane on a phone.
