Ideally, you should respond to everyone who posts in your marketplace thread as it's considered good customer service to do so.
However, this doesn't need to be a time-consuming process as not all posts warrant a lengthy response. For example:
Order confirmations can simply be "liked" using the like button. This lets the buyer know you've acknowledged their posts.
Questions from prospective buyers can be answered via the direct message feature or directly in your thread. However, we recommend answering questions publicly so that you have something to reference back to and to avoid looking unresponsive to other prospects.
