Should you include FAQs on product or category pages?

Yes they make sense, they can help you rank your pages and posts. They have stopped ranking themselves for example for people only asked or featured image as google is excluding them from ranking.

I have seen many top rankings pages having faqs. But it is very detailed not just for name sake.
