Spoofing browser and page position information

Hello - First post here, but I'm wondering if there's a way to spoof things like an object's position on a page, the object's relative position to scrollbars, and the browser's relative position to other windows.

The first question is: are these things possible? The second is: can you point me in the right direction of a resource that would get me started?

Finally, I'm willing to pay for help on this :)
