Strategies against Instagram censorship?

For the past 10 months accounts posting news relating to Palestine / Gaza have experienced nonstop censorship. Previously posts would get taken down with claimed community guideline violations even if it was not valid. There is no means to dispute and eventually this would lead to account restrictions and suspensions. Lately it has come to light that Meta partners with Cyberwell and a new type of suppression occurs where content is taken down without warning or explanation.

Can anyone suggest strategies for getting around this censorship?
