Suppose my link is in the 4th position in Google Search

Suppose my link is in the 4th position in Google Search . If I click on it using a residential proxy with different devices, will it rank on top or in the 1st position? Or if I click on it using real devices and people click on it using their mobile phones, it can still rank.

That idea of clicking using proxies, VPNs, etc, to help your site rank never really took off as to being effective.

You are better off doing more SEO or SM for your site.
