Transfer domain from Porkbun to Anonymous registrar? I'm lost.

Hi,

I've been looking at anonymous domain registrars, and I couldn't find shit.

I got tired and got one from porbun, with WHOIS privacy.
Gave them all my info and credit card

My question is, if i find an anonymous registrar (please advise) , transfer my domain, and delete my porkbun account, how safe am I?

If I cancel my domain and buy it back through the anonymous registrar ( p l e a s e a d v i s e ), will ICANN have a record of my ownership?
will porkbun?

I'm not doing anything illegal, but privacy is privacy.
Is it absolutely necessary to get a different domain and start from scratch?

PS if there i a guide for private hosting could you tell me, cause I cant make sense of the threads Im reading.
As far as I can tell so far, anonymous domains aren't even possible
