You can download a monthly snapshot of the whole Companies House database here: https://download.companieshouse.gov.uk/en_output.html
Though I don't think you'll be able to get an email address or url from their data.
They've also got an API you can play around with: https://developer-specs.company-information.service.gov.uk/companies-house-public-data-api/reference
