Urgent Help Needed: Website Monetization Issue with Journey

Hi everyone,

I need help with a website my partner bought that's monetized through "Journey." He can't apply for monetization from his account, and the previous owner doesn’t know how to transfer it. We've already moved the domain and hosting.

We've posted in the community but haven't received a response. The seller said that if the code is removed, we can reapply from our account, but I'm unsure which code section to remove.

Any advice on how my partner can reapply for monetization? Thanks!
