Visual C# or C++ book?

Hello, I recently bought a book on Visual C++ programming and everything was going extremely well until I found out that I have a better sence of English grammer than the author, that's basicly OK, but then I discovered that his source-code was wrong. I htought I was mistaken, but Google says that I'm right.

So my question is, do anybody of you know a good visual C# or C++ book?
