I have been thinking about how people decide whether to trust a brand online, especially when they are seeing it for the first time.
From what I have noticed, some people rely heavily on search results (what shows up on Google), while others seem to care more about reviews and social proof.
I am curious based on your experience, what do you think has the bigger impact on conversions?
Is it what ranks on page one, or what people are saying in reviews?
