Go for local niche service leads. Like garden renovations, roofing companies, even architects. Easy to generate the leads on FB or Google Ads. Easy to place the leads, easy to scale the strategy nationwide.

Definitely the easiest way. Becoming a lead broker comes with it's own challenges, but easier challenges than learning how to do garden renovations and scaling that business nationally
