what qualities to look for in proxies providers for instgram?

I know mobile proxies/4g proxies would be ideal for Instagram but I have trouble looking for a provider who provides static mobile proxies. also is it okay to use non mobile proxy if its 4g?

does it matter if they are static, and is it okay if the IPs are rotating as long as they are in the same city?

Use rotating.

I use datacenter for my bot and they work great I think most problem/bans come from low quality accounts or low quality automation.

wouldn't that raise red flags over time though since everday you're switching IP?

Not in my case, legit users also switch a lot of IP
