It also depends on what you are going to use them for and your budget, there are proxies that people hate but have served me for specific projects, the only way to know is trial and error.

talk to the proxy providers what you want and for what you want the proxies for.

You can even ask to try the proxies first, just use and buy from whichever provider you like.
