Go to ahrefs.com, check reffering domains of ezoic.com, set DR to max 10, and traffic to 1000 minimum.

This will give you a list of sites that are super easy to outrank.

Start from there.

Your niche will be based on a group of keywords grouped together,
So you'll have to start with KW research if you want to find the right niche,

Usually, you'll need a group of main keywords with good volume/competition ratio along with their long tails,
Some niches may be based on more long tails, but you have to group them all together to get a niche in there

Finding a niche can be a challenging but ultimately rewarding process. Here are a few steps you can follow to help you find a niche:

  1. Identify your passions and interests: What do you enjoy doing in your free time? What topics or problems do you find yourself naturally drawn to? Your niche should be something that you are genuinely interested in, as this will make it easier to create content and engage with your audience.
  2. Research potential markets: Once you have a list of your passions and interests, you can start researching potential markets to see if there is a demand for the types of products or services you might offer. Look for areas where there is a gap in the market or where you can offer a unique perspective or solution.
  3. Consider your skills and experience: What are you good at? What skills or experiences do you have that could be valuable in your niche? Your niche should be something that you have the knowledge and expertise to speak about with authority.
  4. Test your ideas: Once you have a few potential niche ideas, it can be helpful to test them out to see which ones have the most potential. You can do this by creating a small project or by conducting market research to see if there is interest in your ideas.
  5. Refine your niche: Once you have identified a potential niche, it's important to continue researching and refining your focus to ensure that you have a clear and defined target audience. This will make it easier to create content and marketing materials that resonates with your audience and helps you stand out in the market.

You can look at a few affiliate products you would want to promote then develop your niche around that.
Example: Clickbank affiliate product (Brain Training for Dogs)
Blog Niche: Golden Retrievers Dogs or Some breed of smart dogs that can be trained.

It's very difficult to come up with a niche on your own, and this is true whether you're a beginner or an expert.

But we know where the money is. For example, money/health/sex. Pick one of them and find a site that's doing well.

If the well-run site has AdSense, check the pub code and search that pub code into host.io. You'll see people with tons of sites using the same pubcode (and hopefully some niches, too).

Check out the themes of those sites. Someone who runs a lot of sites with AdSense is likely a master. Seeing and benchmarking their niche is the fastest way to make money in my opinion.
