Where is the best platform to buy an actively running blog?

I’ve been researching platforms to buy established websites and blogs. Here’s what I’ve noticed:

• Flippa: Most of the sites listed have no traffic at all. They just contain a lot of posts, but the prices are still high. I don’t understand why they’re expensive, especially when they have no keywords ranking and no backlinks.
• Facebook Groups: There are way too many scammers, especially from Pakistan, so it feels very risky.
• MotionInvest: I checked here as well, but many of the sites are priced at $3,000+ even though they are basically just filled with posts. That pricing seems unreasonable.

So my questions are:

1. Are there better platforms where I can find sites at a more reasonable price?
2. Is there a place where people buy/sell sites privately (peer-to-peer) that is more reliable than these platforms?

I’m specifically looking for an actively running blog that is reasonably priced — not something with zero traffic and inflated valuation. If you know any good platforms, please share your recommendations.
