Which wp plugin are they using to collect emails? This email box is placing in mid of the article and when any user scroll then, this box will be highlighted.

You could try the bowser inspect feature. Just right click on the element and select inspect from the popup menu. Then in the bottom you could look for different html tags/codes and you might get an idea. Most of the plugins and themes use distinct code prefix. Try to understand from these. Thanks.
