I see it everywhere. You might have seen such videos or content too:
"I replaced my copywriters with AI"
"I replaced my entire content team with AI agents"
"I replaced my support team with chatbots"
These are just a few examples.
My opinion is that people "replacing" their human workers with AI don't know the process behind achieving that result.
Someone who replaced their graphic designer might think graphic design is just visual but he might never have worked as a graphic designer and don't know anything like color theory, layout, typography, etc. They might not even know what purpose their AI generated graphic serves. They might not know the research that goes behind when creating graphic, content, or even a software (security, API rate limiting, authentication, etc.).
Has anyone here successfully replaced a human worker (skilled) with AI without having to be a babysitter to the AI?
