YT experts: Is it a wise idea to delete a YT channel and reupload all videos on a new one?

So, a YT channel started off good, and gained 1000+ subscribers with the first few videos. But since then the impressions/views just declined. Any new video now doesn't get more than a few hundred views. Haven't posted a video in several months now.

What is a better thing to do?

1. Start posting new videos on the channel again.
2. Delete the channel. Create a new one. Reupload all the videos in a consistent manner.

You can delete and re-upload to a new channel, I've already covered this topic in some of my replies and the posts I've made.

it's possible that your second channel will get better performance than the first.

Do not delete your channel because your videos are already recorded with the database.
For second time upload that can show some infractions also: have possibility.
It will be fine to continue the regular channel: upload videos again.
