So, after getting scammed 270USD trying to do this until I found a legitimate seller here's how I got it:

1. Buy static ISP proxy. Make sure it's from the country of origin of the linkedin account. Rotating proxies can be a problem as they see you logging in with different ip all the time even though it's from the same country it would raise flags. So you want to make sure if its a UK account, your proxy is from the UK and stay the same IP for consistency.

2. Use anti-browser like adspower, gologin or dolphin-anty. This is to ensure your masking your browser info from them so that it would not trigger any flags to restrict the account. You should use the proxy on the anti-browser.

3. Finding a buyer. This is the worst part of this process, because the accounts are fickle they make up any excuses to not deal with it after they run with your money. It's game over if you run into problems especially verification and recovery emails.

Anyway I hope this helps anyone who might come across this thread. This this all seems so simple, maybe I'm just bad with the internet but I have to find out the hard way. Thankfully I have some resources if I didn't I would have been depressed the whole year.
