Ad was rejected, while promoting survey offers in Facebook Ads

I run the Facebook Ads for CPA Survey offer, in Ad creative I have mentioned as "Take Survey & get paid upto 300 $" after 4 days of successful ad run (2 Conversions)
I about to run the Conversion campaign but Ad was rejected by Facebook - Reason is Policy Violation (Fraud, scams and Deceptive practices). Kindly suggest whats wrong with my ad creative & good practices while promoting Survey Offers in Facebook.

Kindly confirm Facebook Ads are ideal for which niches (CPA Marketing) & not good choice for Survey Offers?

fb likely flagged your ad for misleading claims. Use compliant language like "Participate in surveys for rewards" and avoid specific earnings figures
