Am i being scammed? Do i need to pay for rdp to receive money from paypal?

So im from another cpuntry and he is from u.s.a he have a service that he say he can double my money and he has a telegram channel with alot of vouches, so i paid him all i have , i dont have no more money in my paypal acc and i showed him that, but then when he about to send money to me he showed this that i need to pay for rdp, also the bio of this dude and the other dude i need to pay too says the same thing (look at the pics), i only got 0.02 in my paypal rn i sent all i have and they want me to pay another dude for a rdp, am i being scammed

needing an rdp to make a payment on paypal is unheard of. Unless the account is not yours, or if you want to be extra stealthy, but that's not their issue. Also, why is the first guy rushing you like that?
