Any ideas on what could be done with a list of casino customers?

Let's say I have clean and precise data on tens of thousands of active gamblers from tier 1 countries. This data includes email, phone, name, address, date of birth, payment methods, slots they play, number of deposits and withdrawals they have made, etc. I can easily identify whales among them. In addition, I have data for users who have just registered but haven't made any deposits, totaling hundreds of thousands of users. The list is not static, and every month, there are thousands of new paying customers.

Any ideas on how I can make money from this? I signed up for an affiliate program for a casino with matching GEOs and a 45% revenue share and tried to run a campaign using custom audience on FB. However, I did not manage to make it even remotely profitable. Sending emails/SMS seems too risky.

I would be thankful for any ideas on what could be done. Is it worth continuing to experiment with Meta ads?

If you have the data, 1000s others have them as well. So they are basically worthless.
