are the models provided on ollama like qwen3.8 are enough for MCPs and building scripts, also are they good for building mobile apps?

i have just a little of coding experience, but my current work litteraly not requiring that much of coding knowledge as a growth hacking markter, most of my time i'm building scripts and connecting APIs, i beleive the hardest thing i do is managing my oracle cloud server which i want to manage using an MCP server, i'm wondering are the ollama provided models would be enough for this because i hate hiting quotas limites which would be the case with claude i guess
