Banned in 2015. Can I start new Youtube again?

Hi all, So long story short, I had a youtube channel back in 2015 and I was earning good with adsense.
But I got gready and bought some fake views, and subs to increase the engagement. and in about 5 months I got banned from youtube and email stated that I can never be able to open new account and monetize. I LOST all the HOPEs and ended my Youtube journey.

Fast forward to Now, I am in different country, I am still using the same gmail account to watch youtube videos. however, I am thinking to start my youtube journey again with new gmail account.
What and how should I do this so that my new channel do not get banned?

You can start it easily with a new gmail or you can just buy youtube account for a couple of bucks
