Catchall emails with hosting co

i tried to search in MMO on how to set up catchall emails using own domain.
Posts mainly are about setting up with gmail & cloudflare, or buy from vendors.
I dont want to use gmail as i already have many gmail accts and will have trouble gettng verified.

Seems that nobody talks about setting catchall emails in cpanel of your website hosting co.
What is the reason?

Anyway, how can i set u catchall emails accts in cpanel?

thats what i found after many years of using SER - just use some of the high profile email providers pretty much guarantees successful account creation. the trick and trouble is to find decent suppliers for email accounts
