Refund Policy
The client has the right to terminate the agreement and receive a refund for full unused days of services, except for dedicated servers. Refunds for dedicated servers are possible with a 15 percent fee deducted from the plan price, provided there are no violations of the terms of use. Unused funds are refunded if no more than 30 calendar days have passed since the payment. If a longer period has passed, the company has the right to refuse the refund.
