These .com domains can be bought at regular registrar prices (e.g., $6.99 at Porkbun) and potentially sold for much higher prices (100x, 500x, or more).

The list would include info about each domain to help you quickly evaluate the investment potential.

The goal is to help domain investors save time and effort in finding high-potential .com investment opportunities.

Given the persistent demand for domain names, I would say, go for it.

This is risky unless you check for trademarks and that the companies are not litigious.
