Does Tumblr have any marketing value now?

The SEO value of Tumblr is as much as any web 2.0 platform... Weak.

People were having some luck with high authority expired profiles a while back, but I'm sure that's patched now.

The only reason I keep a few Tumblr knocking about is just in-case they decide to morph in to something better.

Not so much nowadays. That's my verdict. I've got 3 websites (all over 10 years) that have seen Tumblr traffic drop off the cliff edge even though we actively post on the platform.
