Domain offshore for anime and piracy games only

I was looking for domain which extension and host are safe that can ignore court and DMCA takedown if possible. But I already have a offshore server.

Also I don’t do anything illegal like spam bots and porn, botnet, attack, etc.

If you could recommend me to buy one domain extension and host. ^^

They don’t accept crypto payment. Are you sure they are safe? But do they check our credit card to our personal details? Or it is better to use disposable credit card?

Also I see many sites use .to due to movies streaming and piracy stuff.
