Have you ever finished writing an article and still decided not to publish it ?

This has happened to me a few times.

I spend hours in writing an article but before publishing it I read it again and decide to keep it as a draft. Sometimes it does not feel complete and other times I just feel it is missing something, even though I can not explain what is missing.

Has this happened to anyone else ? If yes then what usually makes you hold back from publishing ?
