Help me to Translate WordPress website and Over-write existing language

I want to completely change my website language with machine translation (DeepL prefferably), I tried TranslatePress, it worked amazingly, but there is no option to completely remove default language and replace it with the translation.

What I need is to replace the current strings with translation, that's it, no multilingual stuff, no language switchers, no url slugs, just simple translation of everything. I tried manually exporting pages to .csv and writing my own python Script to connect to DeepL API, but this is just problematic and a lot of stuff broke.

What I need is TranslatePress quality of automatic translation while overwriting existing content. I also tried using WPML and that one is terrible, I bought it and all it did was completely broke my layout and every second component isn't working, what a joke of a plugin not mentioning their idiotic price of automatic translation tokens (waaay overpriced).

Any ideas how to achieve this?

You can hire a guy to do this for you, preferably a Wordpress plugin, it will work flawlessly if you can find right person.
