high risk merchant

Hi.
I`m looking for a high risk merchant account or someone who could help me set up a site which would be approved by regular merchants.
I`m in quite a strange situation. My friend had a pharmacy related business but unfortunately a few months ago he passed away and his wife trusted me to continue his business. But the thing is, I know next to nothing about websites.
In general I know how it works, a year or so ago my friend was using chinese payment processor fashionpay but they lost their licence and from there he made a fake site so the payment processor thinks that he is selling something else and that system is still working. But I urgently need to get a new payment processor because the current one will be banned soon, the company is already dissolved and it continues to work.

I was wondering, could I place the current fake site on a new domain, change some information on it, get approved for another payment processor and set it on real site? Or do I need a completely fresh site?

I already have a new company and bank account.

Any tips or help is appreciated.
