Top remote brand working with active models in Europe/USA/Canada is hiring webcam agents to join our growing team


What you’ll do:
• Be the direct communication with models
• Recruit and onboard new models
• Manage daily activity, chats and live operating
• Improve performance and increase earnings
• Work with proven systems and strategies


Requirements:
• Fluent English (working with US/UK audience)
• Strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of online / adult industry (advantage)
• Reliable, disciplined and consistent
• Available for night shifts (US afternoon to night hours)
• PC/laptop with stable internet


Compensation:
• Base Salary (training phase)
• +15% revenue share
• Growth to 20% based on performance
• Long-term growth opportunity
