How do you compare the value of a Bing ads click vs. a Google Adwords click?

When you set your Max CPC for Bing Ads and Google Adwords, do you use the same amount? If not, which is higher, and by what percentage?

Bing has their own tool for checking CPC... Keyword Planner shows CPC for AdWords -- both of those are suggested bids . Keyword Planner is usually higher so you will have to bid higher to get clicks as compared to Bing.
