How to determine value of a tube site with premium domain name?

So i bought a domain its solid. adult tube site, fast, embedded videos but i own the links too ( my own uploads ), Traffic around 30-50k a month no ads. 3 months in and i don't know if i want to A sell it or keep running it and make a net of tubesites as i got a good source for vids and a pipeline.


Domain without giving up too much is very short and a 9yo .com domain (no spam)
What would it generate from an ad network ?
Indexed by google (everything is human written, tags ect.

Would it even be worth attempting to sell at this scale ?
