How To Get A Successful RATE From Door Hangers?

Hey guys, I'm doing a door hanger campaign to an affluent neighbourhood. Any tips on getting a maximised success rate and what to do in order to get an awesome success rate?

I am delivering to 50,000 homes of high income and am hiring a professional copywriter and professional graphic design team. Also, I will hit the 50,000 homes 3 times over a course of 6 weeks.

That being said, what can I do to connect with wealthy and affluent customers? What does it take in order to get them to turn their head and purchase my services?

(Its a lawn care COMPANY by the way, not an solopreneur kind of thing)

Thank you! (I'm asking because you guys are copy writers and would like to know what you do to maximise your conversion rates and such)

Do something creative/funny that fits that brand/company. Big ad companies do that all the time, they try to associate a positive/memorable fibe with a brand or product so if people need your product or service they more likely remember it and have a good feeling associated with it when they purchase it.

What also work very well is providing a good offer or free service (like free lawn service or a discount if they act now). It has been scientifically proven if you give people something free or a good discount, people are more likely to use and stick with your service as they have the feeling the need to give you something back. Again adding a creative/funny twist will make your ad more memorable.

If you have the budget to put a team to work on it, why not hiring a good off-line ad agency. They know their stuff and have their own copy writers and graphic team working with them. As and they all work together as a team, the end result will most likely be better then when you do it all yourself.
