How to view the contents of a cloaking website

hello, nice to meet you, I see many websites that are successfully doing blackhat SEO on Google searches. they do cloacking. It's a shame that they have done website cloaking very well. I used to be able to log in just by changing my useragent to googlebot. now not. even if I do a test on Google's amp test (using the original Google IP), their site still can't enter, the amp test uses the useragent inspection tool... I'm sure they only allow Google bot crawlers to enter with the original Google bot IP, for example: (Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Googlebot/2.1; +http://www.google.com/bot.html)), does not include inspection tools.

the cache: operator also can't enter because they use the noarchive meta tag..

Is there another way to see the original content?

in that case, the only way to see the content is to fake being googlebot. plenty of ways to do so, thuogh, you must be creative to find those ways
