How to warm up aged Instagram accounts?

I'm buying aged Instagram accounts made with real devices in the USA. What should I do to warm up the accounts if I am looking to grow them? I'm looking to make Fan Pages.

first make some post. pictures and reels too.
only 2 or 3 will enough.
follow some big influencer account.
follow daily 30 to 50 accounts with delay. for 1 week follow . total 300 to 400 follow.please do not follow without delay.
spend more time with interacting with post from feeds.
explore reels section and follow some users from there.
do not like more that 30 post per .
spend atleast 2hr with accounts. for week or two.

To warmup means use the account as you are new on the platform, now ask yourself what would you normally do.

1.Scrolll Feed.
2.Follow some big pages.
3.Read their comments, like their posts etc.
4.DM some users.
5.Like and Comment on some pages.
6.Scroll on Explore.
