I can't post to any Facebook groups and I don't know what to do about it

I can't post to any facebook groups because I've only had the account for a month. Who do I call to fix this? I'm trying to see the eclipse and join a tour group so I can go meet new people, but I can't post to any of the groups and when I try, I always get rejected by the admins because I don't have the account. about three months old. Please help me!!
