The expired domain is pointing to other links with illegal gambling content. The domain has 22DA 31PA spam0% but the percentage is not high.

It has 0 outbound OBLs.
Is this a good domain?

+When buying an expired domain, what are the first things to check and what do you look for?

If it's pointing to illegal content, that alone is enough for you to abandon it. The other factors don't really matter anymore. Use tools like SpamZilla - it does all the checking for you.
