Yes this is what now buyers can buy very confidently !!!
Some sellers are just trying to be professional but cannot provide the result what we buyers want. I hope this will lead them to be a good service provider.

I want to know how much time will it take if I contact "The Dispute Resolution Center" What is the exected time in which the disputed got resolved.....

If I put the dispute, in this does the seller get punished by MMO or just asked to deliver what a buyer is expecting..... From my point of view, these type of sellers should be punished, and how the buyers will be compensated for the inconvenience they caused.....
