Has anyone ever had their account on impact radius paused and payments put on hold or they request that you do an identity verification? And then the identity verification they ask a lot of questions? Is there a simple or easy way around this? The problem I have here is that the account is 10+ years old and the employee who created it has left the company several years ago. And they’re asking for identity verification, which is proving to be almost impossible as the former employee is unreachable even though he’s the named contact in the account. Can I change it to my own name or anybody else in the company‘s name? Is there anyone I can simply pay to resolve this for me? Any recommendations or suggestions?
