What is the typical range of $ per Tier 1 follower via Instagram ads? For example, for an easy page like a hot girl page? And for a hard to grow page like a construction supply page?

How does that price range compare to mother-child prices?

Basically, how much $ can you sell mother-child for in retail before it costs the same or more than followers via ads?
