Is it a good strategy to target big accounts and comment under their post

Hi I'm a beginner in twitter stuff, I'd like to promote a new site on X. My strategy is to target big accounts that have huge amounts of followers, wait for their new posts, and post my site in their comment (with a nice text). Then maybe Like or retweet this comment by other fake accounts to make them show up on top of the comment list.
Can twitterdub do this, or maybe another tool?

If the niche is similar, yeah. That's certainly a strategy you can employ for growth. Twitterdub is fine, you can check out other panels and similar tools over on the Marketplace section as well. Or have one custom coded on Hire a Freelancer.

too many comment with links will get your account shadowbanned. It's advisable for the child acount to be aged and with minimum of 20 followers
