Is it advisable to use AI to create my KDP Contents?

I'm a newbie and I have no experience in content creation but I want to start an Amazon KDP. Someone advised me that I can use AI to create all my content without being penalised and recommended wordgenni AI (designrr).
Is it advisable to write all my KDP content using AI and which AI is best to use?

it's fine for low-content books.

for real textual books, good luck getting any sales with AI content, one bad review, and all work is wasted.
