First journey thread from my part, this is both an accountability thread and also a source of connecting with other OFM agencies! I've always been a lurker/consumer, now it's time to also hopefully be a provider!
So... an introduction to where we are at the moment as an agency
- We have signed our first model this week
- Social medias are set up, and we're currently growing them organically, our marketing sources right now are: reddit, twitter, instagram and threads.
- currently we're gaining 5ish subs per day on a free page, which is kinda shit, but because we're growing organically we are hoping to exponentially grow the amount of incoming subs.
And future plans for this project:
- Systematizing every step from onboarding to marketing channels
- Paid marketing
- dating apps (Probably the best HQ subs, but also difficult as hell, and expensive)
- Signing more models
- Developing an all-round team both in marketing and chatting.
- using revenue to invest in stocks/crypto/real estate - We're not going to retire from OFM directly, but we might be able to indirectly, if we're spending our profits correctly, what's the point of living a flashy - lifestyle, if we're not able to sustain it in x amount of years, when the OFM space isn't fun to be in anymore

Potential side hustles/services to add extra revenue to the business down the line, but these are of course not a priority, as we're in the beginning stages, but it's all about manifesting and working hard, then we'll eventually get there lol:
- Chatting agency - When we have created a system where we can pump out more HQ qualified chatters than we can use ourself, this might be a side hustle that would be worthy of doing, although this would only be applicable if we as an agency have the time to ACTUALLY give a great service.
- Creating a course - This atm. sounds completely dumb to already think about, but if we are able to create a full system that prints cash, then why not make a course about it. This would also potentially come down to whether we have the time or not, especially since if we were to put our reputation on the line, we'd have to create a course that would be impossible to fail with.
- Other services - Reddit bots, Instagram automations, software that targets the OFM agency space etc. etc.
