Mostly lurked to source tech stacks and test infrastructure for the corporate IT agency I was working to.
I was their closer. The one they dragged into Zoom calls to salvage high-ticket deal when the pipeline choked.
Spent years watching agency owners bleed brilliant tech talent dry while pocketing 80%+ of the margin.
Last month, I walked. Done building other people's empire. Moving into independent arbitrage.
My model. Built a data pipeline that captures local US business with trash online presence, ghost-town social media, and GPP profiles rotting since 2019.
I don't do the tech work. I don't code, rank, or design.
I find the market gap and scrub the raw data.
I get the owner on a call, and I bridge them to a specialist on my private roaster.
Plan to take $100+ "bridge fee" for the warm handoff and a percentage of the backend.
Goal. $4,000/month in pure broker revenue.
Problem
Never worked from a home office.
Day 1 working, already missing the corporate espresso machine.

If I don't post metrics, I'm slacking.
