I saw a post on LinkedIn about a new customer support program called Cuppa.so, decided to give it a try, and so far I’m really impressed. After messing around with it for a week and getting really positive reactions from my co workers, we made the switch from Zendesk to Cuppa. One of the big reasons we switched is that it’s way more affordable and simplified, so the jump was quite easy tbh. Some of the features we really like are the modern and easy-to-use UI and the team collaboration nature of platform.
Have any of you guys heard of it or tried it out yet? What are your impressions?
